I love this modern take on vintage embroidery.
The handmade collection by Sew Happy Girls is right up my alley. I LOVE the look and the customization options. I have a person in mind for every pendant in her shop - from the beer mug to the heart to the trees!
And then to discover her custom tie love notes is beyond the perfect groom's gift. Inspired by a friend's request, Becky of Sew Happy Girls was asked to embroider a sweet love to note on her friend's soon-to-be husband's tie tie as a surprise on their wedding day. I absolutely LOVE this!

Hip, hip hooray!!
I'm a huge fan of accents with a collegiate vibe, so I went a bit bananas when I discovered the wedding day pennants by BetaWife.
They are adorable. (I'm talking about the pennants AND Lauren, the gloriious pennant maker, and her hubby in their wedding pic above!)
Of course, the pennants are customizable. I would love these for photo booths, flower girls and ring bearers, bride and groom photo ops and whatan awesome keepsake. So much fun!
And these cake toppers are chock full of cuteness...
and the boutonnieres...
So much felt and embroidery delight! See the full collection from BetaWfie on Etsy.
I love the digital storefront of Thimblepress and HAVE TO share.
I met Kristen at the National Stationery Show in NYC earlier this year and was completely drawn in by the most lovely state flower illustrations, her infectious personality and the coolest push-pops I had ever seen! And who can't help but appreciate a girl who (a) bought craft kits v. dolls as a child and (B) was determined to find a letterpress and did - even if it meant hauling it from Kentucky to Mississippi!
Inspired by a quote from Lady Bird Johnson, "Where flowers bloom, so does hope," these cool original illustrations capture each state so beautifully - and are the perfect keepsake uniquely representing your favorite.
And I can't help but share one of my favorite originals from Thimblepress...Push Pop Confetti! It's just so fun!
You can find Thimblepress on Etsy and Brika (this week!) and she was just at the Renagade Craft Fair in Chicago! Check her out as this boutique stationer and design house has lots of lovely in the shop!
I have such an affinity for antlers - and when they are painted as spectacular as the ones by Cassandra Smith, I am over the moon! Known as the original creator of the Painted Antler and with every piece of hers I see, I say I want that one...and then I want that one...and then that one...
Perfecty rustic. Perfectly modern. Stunning.
I even love what she has done with this slice of wood and hatchet...
All of the antlers are found in the woods of North America. Custom orders are also available.

I am in love with this bicycle.
Granted a bike isn't a vital mode of transportation for me, but undoubtedly this bike may be enough inspiration to get me riding on a more regular basis. It crazily makes me weak in the knees - and it's a bike?!?
I love the story of Sole Bicycles. Their reason for cool bikes aligns perfectly with how I look at life and other beautiful things - so why not add this bike to the mix?
"We believe your bicycle should be an extension of your life.
Your bicycle should be live music, it should be art, it should epic,
it should be dawn patrol and late night adventures.
Solé bicycles are you, they’re your mobile canvas,
and oh yeah, they’ll get you there, too."
It is officially on my Wish List.
